SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate learned with
3 sadness of the death of Fritz C. Krause of North Chicago on
4 January 16, 2005 at the age of 90; and
 
5     WHEREAS, Fritz C. Krause was born on November 8, 1914 in
6 Rondout; he married Florence Fagen on July 3, 1963 and they
7 enjoyed 50 years of marriage; they were the parents of four
8 children; a daughter, Florence Spero, preceded him in death;
9 and
 
10     WHEREAS, Mr. Krause was employed for more than 60 years at
11 Johns-Manville; he retired as manager of the Credit Union; and
 
12     WHEREAS, Mr. Krause was a member of the Thomas W. Doig
13 Chapter of the Consumer Cooperative Association and a member of
14 the Johns-Manville Quarter Century Club; he enjoyed cooking and
15 spending time with his family and friends; he especially
16 enjoyed his 90th birthday celebration; and
 
17     WHEREAS, The passing of Fritz C. Krause has been deeply
18 felt by many, especially his children, Therese Anderko, Fritz
19 C. Krause, Jr., and Sharon Bower; his grandchildren, Tim Spero,
20 Victoria Spero, David Spero, Terra Mener, Fritz C. Krause III,
21 and Nicholas Krause; his great-grandchildren, Cooper Ruddock
22 and Curtis Mener; his brother, Raymond Krause; his sister, June
23 Jorgeson; and a host of other relatives and friends; therefore,
24 be it
 
25     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
26 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the death of
27 Fritz C. Krause and we extend our sincere condolences to his
28 family and friends; and be it further
 
29     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

2 sympathy.
