SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Michael R. Kerr of Waukegan on Tuesday, August 30, 2005; and

WHEREAS, He was born on February 17, 1976, in Waukegan, where he was a lifelong resident; and

WHEREAS, He was a member of St. Anastasia Church in Waukegan and was a 1994 graduate of Waukegan High School; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Vernon and Florence Kerr; his maternal grandfather, Roger Tendall; and his uncle, William Kerr; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Michael R. Kerr has been deeply felt by many, especially his parents, Thomas and Karen Kerr; his brothers, Kevin and Patrick (Heather) Kerr; his maternal grandmother, Rosemary Tendall; his aunt, Dennyse Kerr; his cousins, Megan (John) Davis and Thomas (Danielle) Kerr; and his many dear friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Michael R. Kerr, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
