SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Virginia L. Kapraun of Mulkeytown on Thursday, July 7, 2005; and

WHEREAS, She was born on August 24, 1938, in Mulkeytown, to Loren Ramsey and Grace Moyers; she was retired from MUMS; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Virginia L. Kapraun has been deeply felt by many, especially her sons, Edward S. Hoskins, Gary L. Hoskins, and Marty Dee Followell; her sisters, Ethna "Shorty" Stuart and Lucille Dornan; and her brother, Stan Ramsey; she was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Virginia L. Kapraun, and we extend our deepest sympathy to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our sincerest condolences for their loss.
