| SENATE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois |
| 3 |
| learned with sadness of the death of Jennie Eubanks of Mount |
| 4 |
| Vernon on June 11, 2005; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Mrs. Eubanks was born January 4, 1916, in Sesser |
| 6 |
| to Adam and Francis Zderendosky Levandosky; she was raised by |
| 7 |
| Joseph and Bertha Levandosky Sablensky; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, She married Leslie "Puny" Eubanks on October 26, |
| 9 |
| 1935; she was a homemaker; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her |
| 11 |
| husband; her brothers, Joe and John; and her aunt and uncle, |
| 12 |
| Joseph and Bertha Sablensky; and
|
| 13 |
| WHEREAS, The passing of Jennie Eubanks is felt by all who |
| 14 |
| knew and loved her, especially her children, Gary Eubanks and |
| 15 |
| his wife Barbara, Russel Eubanks and his wife Carroll, Bruce |
| 16 |
| Eubanks and his wife Connie, Bradley Eubanks and his wife |
| 17 |
| Patti, Douglas Eubanks and his wife Becky, Sharon and her |
| 18 |
| husband James Carnahan, Sandra and her husband Verlie Willis, |
| 19 |
| Pamela Eubanks, and Shelly and her husband, John Hardin; her 21 |
| 20 |
| grandchildren; her 19 great-grandchildren; and her sisters, |
| 21 |
| Helen Levandosky and Jean Bryant; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL |
| 23 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 24 |
| Jennie Eubanks and extend our sincerest condolences to her |
| 25 |
| family; and be it further
|
| 26 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 27 |
| presented to her family as an expression of our deepest |
| 28 |
| sympathy.
