SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Louise Williams of Seneca on November 5, 2004; and

WHEREAS, She was born February 16, 1941 in Chicago to Wayne and Virgie (Spencer) Barger; she married Wilbur Williams on October 12, 1963 in Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Louise had a talent for sewing and a love of travel; she was an avid reader and passed this gift onto her children; and

WHEREAS, She was a gentle woman who was always eager to help her family, friends, and neighbors; she had a close relationship with her children and their spouses, and was particularly proud of her grandchildren, with whom she spent many special hours; and

WHEREAS, She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Christopher Kuntzelman; and her sister, Mary Lineweaver; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Louise Williams is felt by all who knew and loved her, especially her husband; her daughters, Cynthia (Scott) Kuntzelman and Cary (Greg) Williams; her son, Wayne (Angela); her grandchildren, Ryan and Wade Kuntzelman and Caetlin and Shannon Williams; and her brother, Ray Barger; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Louise Williams and we extend our sincerest condolences to her family, friends, neighbors, and community; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to her family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
