1 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 82

2     WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated February 28, 2006,
4 with the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the
5 Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
6 of the School Code; therefore, be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL
8 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
9 CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Huntley CSD 158 -
10 Kane, McHenry with respect to a statement of affairs,
11 identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
12 as request WM100-3734-1, is disapproved; and be it further

13     RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Aurora West USD
14 129 - Kane with respect to a statement of affairs, identified
15 in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
16 WM100-3748, is approved for only two years and disapproved for
17 the remaining 3 years; and be it further

18     RESOLVED, That the waiver request made by Warren THSD 121 -
19 Lake with respect to driver education, identified in the report
20 filed by the State Board of Education as request WM100-3762, is
21 approved for only one year and disapproved for the remaining 4
22 years.
