Amends the Public Utilities Act to create a new Article concerning telecommunications, which may be cited as the Telecommunications Services Rewrite Law of 2005. Contains only an Article heading and a short title provision.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by adding Article XIIIA as follows:

ARTICLE XIIIA. TELECOMMUNICATIONS REGULATION

Sec. 13A-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the Telecommunications Services Rewrite Law of 2005.
