Amends the Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the powers of the Department of Labor.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Labor Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 1505-30 as follows:

(20 ILCS 1505/1505-30) (was 20 ILCS 1505/43.08)

Sec. 1505-30. Improving working conditions. The The Department has the power to improve working conditions.
