SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 510/510-1

Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Children and Family Services.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Children and Family Services Powers Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 510-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 510/510-1)

Sec. 510-1. Article short title. This Article 510 of the the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department of Children and Family Services Powers Law.
