205 ILCS 305/1	from Ch. 17, par. 4401

Amends the Illinois Banking Act, the Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985, the Savings Bank Act, and the Illinois Credit Union Act. Makes a technical change in the short title provision of each of those Acts.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Banking Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(205 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 301)

Sec. 1. Title.

This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Banking Act.

Section 10. The Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the the "Illinois Savings and Loan Act of 1985".

Section 15. The Savings Bank Act is amended by changing Section 1001 as follows:

Sec. 1001. This Act may be cited as the the Savings Bank Act.
