1     AN ACT concerning sex offenders.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. An Act concerning sex offenders, approved July
5 11, 2005, (Public Act 94-166) is amended by adding Section 99
6 as follows:

7     (P.A. 94-166, Sec. 99 new)
8     Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act (Public Act 94-166) takes
9 effect on July 1, 2006.

10     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.
