Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

Sec. 2. Terms used in this Act, unless the the context otherwise requires, have the meanings ascribed to them in Sections 2.01 through 2.21.
