Amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning definitions.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(410 ILCS 620/2) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 502)

Sec. 2. In this Act unless the the context otherwise requires, the words and phrases defined in Sections 2.1 through 2.37, have the meanings set forth therein.
