Amends the Uniform Commercial Code. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning the short title of the Funds Transfers Article.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Uniform Commercial Code is amended by changing Section 4A-101 as follows:

Sec. 4A-101. Short title. This This Article may be cited as Uniform Commercial Code-Funds Transfers.
