Amends the State Forest Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning wildlife and fish sanctuaries.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning conservation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Forest Act is amended by changing Section 9 as follows:

Sec. 9. The The department shall have authority to designate portions of the State forests as wildlife or fish sanctuaries and shall promulgate rules and regulations for the protection and breeding of wildlife or fish within such areas.
