Amends the Illinois Noxious Weed Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of the Act.

AN ACT concerning agriculture.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Noxious Weed Law is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(505 ILCS 100/1) (from Ch. 5, par. 951)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Illinois Noxious Weed Law.
