Amends the Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(410 ILCS 405/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 6951)

Sec. 1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Act.
