| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the |
| 3 |
| State of Illinois are pleased to congratulate Dicie Moore, |
| 4 |
| R.N., on the occasion of her retirement after 30 years of |
| 5 |
| service at South Shore Hospital; and
|
| 6 |
| WHEREAS, Ms. Moore is the Director of Community Relations |
| 7 |
| and the Wellness Center at the hospital; during her tenure at |
| 8 |
| South Shore Hospital, she has also worked as an ICU Nurse, a |
| 9 |
| Patient Advocate, Admission Review Manager, and as Director of |
| 10 |
| Community Relations & Volunteers;
and
|
| 11 |
| WHEREAS, She has had additional responsibilities which |
| 12 |
| include being the President of the South Shore Hospital |
| 13 |
| Auxiliary and managing the community bulletin board and outdoor |
| 14 |
| sign and the student summer employment program for the City of |
| 15 |
| Chicago; she has served as President of the South Chicago |
| 16 |
| Chamber of Commerce, served on a committee at the MCHC, |
| 17 |
| organized the annual health fairs, represented South Shore |
| 18 |
| Hospital at educational fairs at various schools throughout the |
| 19 |
| City, served as CPR Coordinator, and worked on the newsletter |
| 20 |
| and numerous other community-related activities; and
|
| 21 |
| WHEREAS, She is being honored with a reception on February |
| 22 |
| 21, 2006; therefore, be it
|
| 23 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 24 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 25 |
| we congratulate Dicie Moore on the occasion of her retirement |
| 26 |
| after 30 years of service at South Shore Hospital, and we thank |
| 27 |
| her for her many years dedicated to helping others; and be it |
| 28 |
| further

| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
