1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
4 the Private Sewage Disposal Review Commission must file the
5 report required by House Resolution 1033 of the 93rd General
6 Assembly on or before December 30, 2006, rather than on or
7 before January 30, 2006 (as required by House Resolution 260 of
8 the 94th General Assembly); and that upon filing its report the
9 Commission is dissolved.
