HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Businesses in our State that work to make a healthy environment for patrons deserve to be commended; and

WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that the Buffalo Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor has become the first full service restaurant in Buffalo Grove to adopt a "no smoking" policy; and

WHEREAS, The owners of Buffalo Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor are Jerry Katsogianos, Fay Katsogianos, Van Simos, and Steve Aposdopoulos; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that recognize and commend owners of the Buffalo Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor for being the first full service restaurant in the Village of Buffalo Grove to adopt a "no smoking" policy; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the Buffalo Restaurant & Ice Cream Parlor as an expression of our esteem.
