| HOUSE RESOLUTION
|
| 2 |
| WHEREAS, Charleston Transitional Facility (CTF), with |
| 3 |
| locations in Charleston, Mattoon, Champaign, Lincoln, Atlanta, |
| 4 |
| Lawrenceville, Sumner, University Park, Chicago Heights, and |
| 5 |
| Park Forest, is celebrating its fifth year of providing |
| 6 |
| services and supports to individuals with disabilities in a |
| 7 |
| community-based setting; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, CTF operates 17 Community Integrated Living |
| 9 |
| Arrangements (CILA) homes and 4 Developmental Training (DT) day |
| 10 |
| programs in several communities throughout the State of |
| 11 |
| Illinois; and
|
| 12 |
| WHEREAS, CTF is a viable and contributing business that |
| 13 |
| provides much needed services and support to over 300 |
| 14 |
| individuals with disabilities in the State of Illinois; and
|
| 15 |
| WHEREAS, CTF is active in the communities where it provides |
| 16 |
| services and support to individuals with disabilities by being |
| 17 |
| an active and contributing member on a number of local Chambers |
| 18 |
| of Commerce, the United Way, and community boards; therefore, |
| 19 |
| be it
|
| 20 |
| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 21 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 22 |
| we congratulate Charleston Transitional Facility and the |
| 23 |
| entire staff on the occasion of its fifth anniversary as a |
| 24 |
| provider of services and support to individuals with |
| 25 |
| developmental disabilities; and be it further
|
| 26 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 27 |
| presented to the Charleston Transitional Facility as an |
| 28 |
| expression of our respect and esteem and with best wishes for |
| 29 |
| continued success.
