1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
4 the Auditor General is directed to conduct an audit of the
5 Department of Corrections educational programs in the youth
6 facilities of the Department to determine whether those
7 programs are meeting the needs of the students and whether the
8 minors in juvenile detention facilities are being educated
9 properly so that they can return to civilian life and succeed;
10 and be it further

11 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be sent
12 to the Auditor General and the Director of Corrections.
