HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2     WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the
3 State of Illinois learned with sadness of the untimely death of
4 Ryan Daniel Falmier of Carterville on Thursday, May 5, 2005;
5 and
 
6     WHEREAS, Mr. Falmier was born on February 10, 1975, in
7 Carbondale, to Dennis and Debbie (Jones) Falmier; he married
8 Kerri Henley on June 22, 1996, in Goreville; and
 
9     WHEREAS, He owned and operated Falmier Construction
10 Company in Carterville; he enjoyed playing cards, baseball, and
11 softball; he was drafted by the Texas Rangers in 1993 and
12 managed and played on Falmier Construction Softball Team in
13 Marion; and
 
14     WHEREAS, He was a member of the Falmier Hunting Club, and
15 he especially enjoyed spending time with his nephews; he will
16 be remembered by his loved ones as a free spirit; he lived life
17 every minute of every day; his laughter, sense of humor,
18 competitive nature, and presence in the pit will be deeply
19 missed; and
 
20     WHEREAS, Ryan was an outstanding baseball player,
21 carpenter, fisherman, and friend; to his family he was a great
22 son, a great brother, a great uncle, and a soul mate; to his
23 friends Ryan was the life of the party, and the best duck and
24 goose hunter; and
 
25     WHEREAS, The passing of Ryan Daniel Falmier has been deeply
26 felt by many, especially his wife, Kerri Henley; his mother and
27 stepfather, Debbie and Brad Housewright; his father, Dennis
28 Falmier; his brother and sister-in-law, Max and Anissa Falmier;
29 his sisters, Mallory and Breanna Housewright; his
30 grandparents, Fred and Mary Falmier; his mother-in-law, Mary

1 Henley; his nephews, Brooks and Rawley Falmier and Ryan and
2 Aaron Suits; and his niece, Wesslyn Kulavic; he was preceded in
3 death by his maternal grandparents, Earl and Nona Jones, and
4 his father-in-law, Wes Henley; therefore, be it
 
5     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
6 NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
7 we mourn the death of Ryan Daniel Falmier, who was taken from
8 this world too soon, and we extend our sincerest condolences to
9 his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
10 further
 
11     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
12 presented to his family as an expression of our deepest
13 sympathy.
