HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Fourteen teachers from Libertyville Elementary School District 70 are retiring at the end of the school year; and

WHEREAS, Those who are retiring and their years of teaching are the following: Karen Anderson, 20 years; Cheryl Bunnell, 33 years; Joan Krueger, 20 years; Sue Ann Kuby, 28 years; John McCormick, 32 years; Karen Mueller, 29 years; Mark Mueller, 33 years; Sharon Murphy, 22 years; Kathy Papaleo, 17 years; Barbara Pergander, 4 years; Linda Porres, 20.5 years; Jan Shawgo, 17 years; Mike Snow, 31 years; and Betty Steiner, 29 years; and

WHEREAS, Their influence as educators will continue in the hearts and minds of their students and colleagues; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate and thank these Libertyville Elementary School teachers for their careers in teaching our young people and wish them all the best in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to each of the teachers as an expression of our esteem.
