| WHEREAS, The American Enterprise Bank in Buffalo Grove is |

| celebrating its 10th anniversary; and

| WHEREAS, The bank's initial organizers included Arnold S. |

| Becker, Gerald R. Forsythe, Lawrence A. Lagowski, and David G. |
| 6 |
| Schroeder; and
|
| 7 |
| WHEREAS, It is an Illinois State-chartered bank and was |
| 8 |
| organized on November 15, 1995; its current asset size is $260 |
| 9 |
| million; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, The bank has branch locations in Highland Park and |
| 11 |
| Schaumburg; its major divisions are Small Business |
| 12 |
| Administration Lending Division and Residential Mortgage |
| 13 |
| Lending Division; its subsidiary companies are American |
| 14 |
| Enterprise Leasing, Inc. and American Enterprise Insurance |
| 15 |
| Services, Inc.; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, The mission statement of the bank is to provide |
| 17 |
| high quality financial products and services which are |
| 18 |
| responsive to, and meet the needs of, its communities while |
| 19 |
| maintaining at all times the highest ethnical standards, strong |
| 20 |
| adherence to safe and sound banking principles and practices, |
| 21 |
| and compliance with all banking laws, rules, and regulations; |

| and

| WHEREAS, The American Enterprise Bank strives to provide a |

| communities; therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
