| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, At a dinner taking place on Saturday, March 5, | | 3 |
| 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of The Four Seasons Hotel in | | 4 |
| Chicago, the Advocate Christ Medical Governing Council will | | 5 |
| honor the following members of its medical staff for their 25 | | 6 |
| years of dedicated service and commitment to practicing in | | 7 |
| their chosen field of medicine: Calliope Andricacou, M.D., | | 8 |
| Pediatrics; Nora Bellosa, M.D., Pediatrics; Arturo Chavarria, | | 9 |
| M.D., Internal Medicine; Nicholas DiFilippo, D.O., Internal | | 10 |
| Medicine, Pulmonology; Johnson Dy, M.D., | | 11 |
| Obstetrics/Gynecology; Robert Egel, M.D., Neurology/Pediatric; | | 12 |
| Carmencita Isipgalvez, M.D., Obstetrics/Gynecology; Anastacia | | 13 |
| Largosa, M.D., Family Practice; and Ghanshyam Merai, M.D., | | 14 |
| Family Practice; and

| WHEREAS, The citizens of the State of Illinois have | | 16 |
| benefited greatly from the services of these excellent doctors; | | 17 |
| therefore, be it

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | | 19 |
| NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | | 20 |
| we join in this celebration and wish to acknowledge and thank | | 21 |
| each of these dedicated professionals for their years of | | 22 |
| service and wish them continuing success; and be it further
| | 23 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | | 24 |
| presented to the doctors as an expression of our admiration and | | 25 |
| esteem.
