HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the House of Representatives of the State of Illinois wish to congratulate Dr. Arturo Chavarria on the celebration of his 25th anniversary; and

WHEREAS, At a dinner taking place on Saturday, March 5, 2005 at the Grand Ballroom of The Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, the Advocate Christ Medical Governing Council will honor Dr. Arturo Chavarria for his 25 years of dedicated service and commitment to practicing in his chosen field of internal medicine; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we join in this celebration and wish to acknowledge and thank Dr. Arturo Chavarria for his years of service and wish him continuing success; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Dr. Arturo Chavarria as an expression of our admiration and esteem.
