HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Those who regularly place themselves in harms way to protect and serve their fellow citizens are worthy of the highest praise; and

WHEREAS, Buffalo Grove Fire Chief Tim Sashko was recently named the Illinois Fire Chief of the Year; and

WHEREAS, Chief Sashko will receive the award in Springfield in May; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Buffalo Grove Fire Chief Tim Sashko on being named the Illinois Fire Chief of the Year; and be it further

RESOLVED, That we thank Chief Sashko for his dedication to serving the people of Illinois, often placing his own life in danger to save another; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Chief Sashko as an expression of our esteem and gratitude.
