SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

210 ILCS 115/13.5 new

Amends the Mobile Home Park Act. Provides that the owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home park may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons: (1) nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations; (2) a violation of law or disorderly conduct; (3) violation of a rule of the Department of Public Health relating to mobile home parks; or (4) violation of a rule of the park that is publicly posted within the park.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Mobile Home Park Act is amended by adding Section 13.5 as follows:

(210 ILCS 115/13.5 new)

Sec. 13.5. Ejection from mobile home park. The owner, operator, or caretaker of a mobile home park may eject a person from the premises for any of the following reasons:

(1) Nonpayment of charges or fees for accommodations.

(2) A violation of law or disorderly conduct.

(3) Violation of a rule of the Department relating to mobile home parks.

(4) Violation of a rule of the park that is publicly posted within the park.
