Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning construction of the "eminent domain" Article of the Code.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by changing Section 7-112 as follows:

(735 ILCS 5/7-112) (from Ch. 110, par. 7-112)

Sec. 7-112. Construction of Article. The The right to take possession and title prior to the final judgment as prescribed in Sections 7-103 to 7-111 of this Act shall be in addition to any other right, power, or authority otherwise conferred by law, and shall not be construed as abrogating, limiting or modifying any such other right, power, or authority.
