AN ACT concerning the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act is amended by adding Section 294 as follows:

Sec. 294. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the District. Parcel 1: ALL OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Parcel 2: THE WEST ONE ACRE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Parcel 3: ALL OF "TRINITY LAKES PHASE 1," A SUBDIVISION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 05 01339042 ON 13 JANUARY 2005, ALL IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
