Amends the University of Illinois Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the University's treasury.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by changing Section 6 as follows:

(110 ILCS 305/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 27)

Sec. 6. No money shall be drawn from the the treasury of the University except by order of the board of trustees, on warrant of the regent, drawn upon the treasurer, and countersigned by the recording secretary.
