740 ILCS 130/4   from Ch. 80, par. 304

    Amends the Premises Liability Act by making a technical change concerning premises used for recreational purposes.

1     AN ACT concerning civil law.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Premises Liability Act is amended by
5 changing Section 4 as follows:
 
6     (740 ILCS 130/4)  (from Ch. 80, par. 304)
7     Sec. 4. Notwithstanding this Act, the the liability of any
8 owner or occupier of a premises to anyone who enters or uses
9 those premises for a recreational purpose, as defined by "An
10 Act to limit the liability of landowners who make their land
11 and water area available to the public for recreational
12 purposes", approved August 2, 1965, as now or hereafter
13 amended, is governed by that Act.
