520 ILCS 5/1.2

from Ch. 61, par. 1.2

Amends the Wildlife Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration and definitions.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning wildlife.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing Section 1.2 as follows:

(520 ILCS 5/1.2) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2)

Sec. 1.2. This Act shall be administered by and and under the direction of the Department of Natural Resources. As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms specified in Sections 1.2a through 1.2t have the meanings ascribed to them in those Sections.
