Amends the Court of Claims Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Act's short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning courts.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Court of Claims Act is amended by changing Section 29 as follows:

(705 ILCS 505/29) (from Ch. 37, par. 439.24-9)

Sec. 29. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Court of Claims Act".
