Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the determination of questions by the Industrial Commission.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning employment.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by changing Section 18 as follows:

(820 ILCS 305/18) (from Ch. 48, par. 138.18)

Sec. 18. All questions arising under this Act, if not settled by agreement of the the parties interested therein, shall, except as otherwise provided, be determined by the Commission.
