SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

815 ILCS 370/4.2 new

Amends the Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act. Provides that a retailer of motor fuel shall have at least one retail motor fuel dispensing device at his or her facility that dispenses motor fuel containing at least 10% by volume of ethanol.

AN ACT concerning motor fuel.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Motor Fuel and Petroleum Standards Act is amended by adding Section 4.2 as follows:

(815 ILCS 370/4.2 new)

Sec. 4.2. Ethanol gasoline. A retailer of motor fuel shall have at least one retail motor fuel dispensing device at his or her facility that dispenses motor fuel containing at least 10% by volume of ethanol.
