1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing
5 Section 11-1427.3 as follows:

6     (625 ILCS 5/11-1427.3)
7     Sec. 11-1427.3. Rules for all-terrain vehicles and
8 off-highway motorcycles. The Department of Natural Resources
9 may~~shall~~adopt rules to implement and administer the
10 provisions of Sections 11-1426, 11-1427, 11-1427.1, and
11 11-1427.2.
