    AN ACT concerning juries.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Jury Act is amended  by adding Section 10.3 
5
as follows:

    (705 ILCS 305/10.3  new)
7
    Sec. 10.3. Excusing prospective jurors; nursing mothers. 
8
Any mother nursing her child shall, upon request, be excused 
9
