8 Section 110. The amount of $15,075, or so much thereof
9 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College
10 and University Trust Fund to the Illinois Community College
11 Board for a grant to Malcom X College for student
12 scholarships from the sale of license plates.
13 Section 115. The sum of $300,000, or so much thereof as
14 may be necessary, is appropriated from the ICCB Federal Trust
15 Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for ordinary and
16 contingency expenses of the Board.
17 Section 120. The sum of $7,416,200, or so much thereof
18 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
19 Fund to the Illinois Community College Board for grants to
20 community college districts that are negatively impacted by
21 the changes in the Base Operating formula in Section 2-16.02
22 of the Public Community College Act.

24 Section 5. The sum of $696,901,100, or so much thereof
25 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
26 Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois
27 for any expenditures or purposes authorized by law, including

3 Recovery Fund to the Board of Trustees of the University of

7 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Fire Prevention

17 University of Illinois for scholarship grant awards, in
18 accordance with Public Act 91-0083.
19 Section 25. The sum of $184,298, or so much thereof as
20 may be necessary and remains unexpended on June 30, 2003,
21 from a reappropriation heretofore made for such purpose in
22 Article 13, Section 30 of Public Act 92-538, is
23 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Board
24 of Trustees of the University of Illinois to acquire and
25 develop land for expansion of the Chicago campus, including
26 demolition, landscaping and site improvements, planning,
27 construction, remodeling, extension and modification of
28 campus utility systems, and such other expenses as may be
29 necessary to construct a public safety and transportation
30 facility and to develop student recreational areas.

23 systems, relocation of programs, and such expenses as may be
24 necessary to complete the facility.
25 Section 40. The following named amount, or so much

27 of Trustees of the University of Illinois to plan and
28 construct a Classroom and Office Building at the Springfield
29 Campus and related utility systems, including planning, land
30 acquisition, demolition, construction, remodeling,
31 landscaping, site improvements, equipment, extension or
32 modification of campus utility systems, and such expenses as

4 Section 80. The sum of $13,761,948, or so much thereof

6 business on June 30, 2003, from an appropriation heretofore
7 made in Article 2, Section 48 of Public Act 92-717, as
8 amended, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund
9 to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for
10 all costs associated with the space needs of the Department
11 of Natural Resources, Illinois Natural History Survey
12 Division and State Water Survey Division on the campus of the
13 University of Illinois in Champaign, including construction,
14 capital facilities, planning, relocation, renovation and
15 rehabilitation, mechanical systems, materials, services and
16 all other costs required to complete the work.
