605 ILCS 140/1
    Amends the Expressway Camera Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Expressway Camera Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (605 ILCS 140/1)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2025)
8     Sec. 1. Short title; references to Act. This Act may be
9 cited as the ~~the~~ Expressway Camera Act.
10     References to Act. This Act may be referred to as the
11 Tamara Clayton Expressway Camera Act.
