20 ILCS 687/6-1

Amends the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal Resources Development Law of 1997. Makes a technical change in the short title Section.

AN ACT concerning energy.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal Resources Development Law of 1997 is amended by changing Section 6-1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2025)

Sec. 6-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, and Coal Resources Development Law of 1997.
