    Amends the Limited Liability Company Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning service of process on a foreign limited liabilitycompany.

1     AN ACT concerning business.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Limited Liability Company Act is amended by
5 changing Section 45-55 as follows:

6     (805 ILCS 180/45-55)
7     Sec. 45-55. Process; service on a foreign limited
8 liability company. Service of process on a foreign limited
9 liability company shall ~~shall~~ be made as provided in
10 subsection (b) of Section 1-50.
