SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

230 ILCS 10/18.2 new

Amends the Illinois Gambling Act. Provides that the Illinois Gaming Board shall create, by no later than January 1, 2025, a website that allows an individual to place the individual's name on the self-exclusion list maintained by the Board. Directs the Board to adopt rules to implement and administer this requirement.

AN ACT concerning gaming.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Gambling Act is amended by adding Section 18.2 as follows:

(230 ILCS 10/18.2 new)

Sec. 18.2. Self-exclusion list. Notwithstanding any other law, the Board shall create, by no later than January 1, 2025, a website that allows an individual to place the individual's name on the self-exclusion list maintained by the Board. The Board shall adopt rules to implement and administer this Section.
