    Amends the Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act is amended
5 by changing Section 4.9 as follows:

6     (615 ILCS 5/4.9)  (from Ch. 19, par. 51.9)
7     Sec. 4.9. Short title. This Act may be cited as the ~~the~~
8 Rivers, Lakes, and Streams Act.
