HOUSE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Jennifer
4A. Blaszczak of Morris, who passed away on May 14, 2023; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Jennifer Blaszczak was born in LaGrange on
6December 8, 1973; she was raised in Downers Grove and
7ultimately settled in Morris; she earned her Associate of
8Applied Science and Computer Science from the College of
9DuPage and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern
10Illinois University; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Jennifer Blaszczak was a registered nurse,
12working at Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in
13Morris, where she assisted seniors navigating their remaining
14years of life; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Jennifer Blaszczak enjoyed knitting and sewing;
16and
 
17    WHEREAS, Jennifer Blaszczak will be remembered for the
18candor, dedication, love, and passion she expressed when
19pursuing daily issues and the joys of life; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Jennifer Blaszczak was the mother of Jackson,

1Megan, and Raymond; when adopting Jackson from Novosibirsk,
2Russia in April 2001, she greatly sacrificed to provide him
3with the opportunities available in the United States of
4America; therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
6HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
7we mourn the passing of Jennifer A. Blaszczak and extend our
8sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew
9and loved her; and be it further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of Jennifer Blaszczak as an expression
12of our deepest sympathy.
