SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

765 ILCS 77/37 new

Amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Provides an additional disclosure in the residential real property disclosure report for a municipality with a population of 1,000,000 or more regarding additions, alterations, construction, or kitchen installations made to the property.

AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act is amended by adding Section 37 as follows:

Sec. 37. Additional disclosure report for large municipalities. A municipality with a population of 1,000,000 or more shall also include in the residential real property disclosure report under Section 35 the following:
