SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 2105/2105-370 new

Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall annually prepare and publicly release a report containing the aggregate number of complaints the Department received under each Act that the Department administers.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section 2105-370 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2105/2105-370 new)

Sec. 2105-370. Received complaint report. The Department shall annually prepare and publicly release a report containing the aggregate number of complaints the Department received under each Act that the Department administers.
