Amends the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. Provides that the evaluation and response of a firm's performance upon completion of contract shall not be made available to any other person or firm without the consent of the evaluated firm.

AN ACT concerning finance.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act is amended by changing Section 55 as follows:

(30 ILCS 535/55) (from Ch. 127, par. 4151-55)

Sec. 55. Firm performance evaluation. Each State agency shall evaluate the performance of each firm upon completion of a contract. That evaluation shall be made available to the firm who may submit a written response, with the evaluation and response retained solely by the agency. The evaluation and response shall not be made available to any other person or firm without the consent of the evaluated firm and is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
