1     AN ACT concerning transportation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (615 ILCS 60/Act rep.)
5     Section 5. The Des Plaines and Illinois Rivers Act is
6 repealed.
